Binford Supply Co at 2815 Hickory Tree Road, Balch Springs, Texas.

Bought a three inch and a four inch for my floor drain because I wasn't sure exactly what size would fit. After 6 attempts to determine the appropriate steps to return the product that didn't fit my drain (no return label was provided) I finally received a letter from the company stating I didn't return the product within their 30 day return window.

It's rather difficult to return a product with no information on how to do so and when no return envelope is provided. I will never use this company again.

On a side note, the sure seal that fit my drain works well. I would take my business elsewhere.
